Learn how to take better photos in Paris
Have fun discovering the magic of light & composition in the city of light.
Wind your way through the famous quartiers of Paris photographing the ancient palaces, beautiful gardens & hidden laneways whilst being shown all the secrets to taking great pictures by professional photographer Laura Friezer who will unveil the simple rules to taking great photographs in all conditions with either a simple pocket digital camera or a DSLR camera.
The small group (maximum 4 students) guarantees the individual attention that will transform the way you use your camera and enable you to simply take better photos.
Take your time to enjoy Paris in all its splendour before sitting down with your guide and fellow students in a Parisian cafe to relax, review and discuss your photos.

Paris in Your DSLR
Use Paris as your playground to discover the endless possibilities of your DSLR
- Requirements: Digital SLR camera body & lens
- With personalised attention and your DSLR set to manual you will be guided through the Paris streets
- Create artistic, imaginative photos using the exquisite light & architecture of Paris as your canvas.
- Sit down to review and discuss your photos in a Parisienne cafe with your teacher & fellow students
- The best pictures of the day will be published on the Paris Picture School Facebook site.
Have your portrait taken in Paris
Private 3 hour tour of Paris with professional photographer
- Each individual private tour will be tailored to your needs, you choose which area of Paris you would like to discover and your photographer whilst capturing beautiful images of your Parisienne experience will also be your guide.
- After the 3 hour tour you will go through the photographs together with your photographer and choose an unlimited amount of high res images to take home.
- A disc or your own USB key can be used to store your images.

Laura Friezer graduated from Sydney College of the Arts (Sydney University) with a Bachelor of Visual Arts in 1994.
She has worked as a photographer for Australian Associated Press, The Sydney Morning Herald, The Sun Herald and The Age. Her work has appeared in various publications all over the world. She has photographed many well-known figures for the media from Bill Clinton to Morgan Freeman and Marcel Marceau as well as various commissions in the corporate, fashion and advertising world. She is now based in Paris, France.
